Helena Real
Hi! My name's Helena (she/her) and I'm a Chilean trans writer, editor, and translator. I'm the co-designer of Dungeon World 2, the upcoming sequel to the acclaimed PbtA game. I've written for various games and systems, including 7th Sea: Second Edition, Bluebeard’s Bride, and Avatar Legends, among others. I've also authored two Fate Worlds—The Way of the Pukona and Ngen Mapu—both based upon the myths and legends of the Mapuche people, the largest indigenous group of Chile and Argentina. The Way of the Pukona won the "Best Setting" award at the Indie Groundbreaker Awards 2019. I also received the 2020 IGDN Diversity Sponsorship.
